Class sign up: Must sign up before 9 PM the night before or contact John to sign up the day of class. Minimum of 2 people must be signed up for class or it will be cancelled.

Late to Class: If you are late for a class you will need to get prior permission from instructor to attend class to prevent interrupting the class.

Late Cancel: Classes not canceled 12 hours before your scheduled class will be charged a late cancel fee.

No Show: If you do not late cancel or reschedule for the same day within 2 hours of class or do not show, you will be charged a no-show fee.

WORKMANFIT CROSS-TRAINING  was created by John Workman. Using his 27+ years of experience with proven results, he designed  a Cross-Training Class to facilitate your physical fitness that will help make you stronger, fitter, tougher, more toned, as well as help you lose fat and build muscle across a wide range of different exercises. It uses varying degrees of intensity and timing in order to test your body in different ways.  WORKMANFIT is perfect for individuals who love a challenge, get bored by traditional routines, and enjoy learning new skills and want to look good, feel great and take pride in their health and fitness. Be Prepare to work hard, sweat and have fun while you become functionally fit and you are able adapt to whatever challenges come your way. With this program you can get into the best shape of your life.All classes can be easily modified to accommodate all fitness levels.

* A SELECT FEW WORKMANFIT CROSS TRAINING CLASSES use rolling start times : A rolling start time which means that you can join in when your schedule allows. Simply look at the schedule and choose the best start time that works best for you, and then sign up for the time that you would like to join the group.

BREAKOUT BODYWEIGHT BOOTCAMP This fun fast paced class is for all ages and fitness levels. We use body weight exercises and plyometrics to help you incinerate fat, build lean muscle, improve heart health and increase efficiency using H.I.I.T, TABATA and circuit training.

FRANKS TOTAL BODY BURN This exciting fun and fast-paced workout focuses on using weights, cardio, core and whole-body movements at max intensity. This get‐in‐shape class is appropriate for every skill level and will tone the entire body while burning fat. All classes can be easily modified to accommodate all fitness levels.

20 MIN CORE BLAST TABATA This fast-paced 20-minute TABATA workout is done at max intensity effort for 20‐second intervals followed by quick 10-second rest periods in 4-minute rounds using weights, cardio and whole-body movements with focus on your core. A strong core is the vital foundation for achieving all of your fitness goals. All classes can be easily modified to accommodate all fitness levels.

Supple Warrior This recovery and flexibility class that uses Yoga based movements, foam rolling and stretching to improve flexibility, reduce muscular stiffness, speed up recovery, alleviate pain and help prevent injuries. All classes can be easily modified to accommodate all fitness levels.

45 MIN CYCLE HIIT  This 45-minute-high-intensity interval cycling class can significantly improve cardiovascular, metabolic and musculoskeletal fitness – making it an effective, low-impact alternative to traditional high-intensity interval training. This cycling workout allows anyone to push their physical and mental limits in a safe environment. It features bursts of intensity to work you as hard as possible, followed by periods of rest, allowing you to prepare for the next interval. Cycling classes feature the NEW *Keiser Indoor M3i Bike or you can bring your own bike and bike-trainer. All classes can be easily modified to accommodate all fitness levels.

60 MINUTE CYCLE TEMPO The focus of this tempo class is to ride just outside of your "comfort zone". You want to hear heavy breathing, but you will not be gasping for air. Basically, if you can talk easily, you're not in the tempo zone! A heart rate monitor and/or a power meter is recommended for this class. Cycling classes feature the NEW *Keiser Indoor M3i Bike or you can bring your own bike and bike-trainer. All classes can be easily modified to accommodate all fitness levels.
