Personalized Semi-Private Group Training

Classes at WorkmanFitness Studio take place in small groups, lasting 40 to 50 minutes, so you can be in and out of the gym within the hour! Studies have shown that training in small groups actually improves results because of a community effect and is the same reason why many professional athletes train in small groups. This sense of camaraderie and support from like-minded individuals actually helps improve both your attendance (as you’ll want to be here more) as well as the amount of effort you put into each session! All classes can be easily modified to accommodate all fitness levels. They are designed to be a fast way to lose weight, develop strength, stamina, and mental toughness. We accomplish this by using the body’s natural functional movement patterns: squatting, pushing, pulling, gait, bending, twisting and lunging.  Prepare to work hard, sweat and have fun while you become functionally fit and you are able adapt to whatever challenges come your way. With this program you can get into the best shape of your life.

The focus of this tempo class is to take just outside of your "comfort zone". You want to hear heavy breathing, but you will not be gasping for air. Basically, if you can talk easily, you’re not in the tempo zone! Supple Warrior

This recovery and flexibility class that uses Yoga based movements, foam rolling and stretching to improve flexibility, reduce muscular stiffness, speed up recovery, alleviate pain and help prevent injuries.
