Classes at WorkmanFitness Studio are designed to be a fast way to lose weight, develop strength, stamina, and mental toughness. We accomplish this by using the body’s natural functional movement patterns: squatting, pushing, pulling, gait, bending, twisting and lunging. Classes are kept small, safe and can be easily modified to accommodate all fitness levels. Prepare to work hard, sweat and have fun while you become functionally fit and you are able adapt to whatever challenges come your way. The focus of this tempo class is to take just outside of your "comfort zone". You want to hear heavy breathing, but you will not be gasping for air. Basically, if you can talk easily, you’re not in the tempo zone! Supple Warrior

This recovery and flexibility class that uses Yoga based movements, foam rolling and stretching to improve flexibility, reduce muscular stiffness, speed up recovery, alleviate pain and help prevent injuries.
