John Workman, Owner, Personal Trainer, Triathlon Coach, Fitness and Cycling Instructor. John is a USAF Veteran, Ironman and the owner and founder of Workman Fitness Studio with more that 25 years of experience in the fitness industry and has a history of changing lives. His focus is on working with people in their 40’s and beyond. For John, every client is unique and helping them achieve their individual goals requires one-on-one attention. He believes that the most important skill in creating a program that will help you achieve your goal is listening. John will partner with you in reaching your peak fitness potential regardless of your individual goal, your age or your fitness level. He will use his experience and knowledge to design the most effective, corrective and performance exercise program for you.

Frank Disbrow, Fitness Instructor: Frank started his journey off of the couch 3 years ago. After years of chronic back pain, he was encouraged to do something about it. He started with Beachbody P90X3, followed that by finishing 13 Beachbody programs. Having gained a strong foundation, he turned to helping others on their fitness journey, getting his AFAA Group and Exercise Instructor Certificate and instructing in this area since December of 2017. His specialties include strength training, kickboxing and HIIT. His number one goal is to help each person reach their fitness goals and safely push toward their next level goals. Frank is a local Round Hill-ian, and he and his wife Karen have five children.

Tiffany O'Reilly is a coach and triathlete with over 15 years experience in racing and training and 8 years experience coaching. Tiffany holds a B.S. in biomechanics and additional higher education in anatomy and physiology and a background in physical therapy. Tiffany has always been an athlete and had a passion for the importance of strength training - she began weight lifting at the age of 15.

Her endurance career didn't start until later in life, around 25 years old.   2003 kicked off her training and racing career in road running and later that year transitioning to triathlons.  Tiffany has competed in countless long distance running events including the Army 10 miler, Baltimore half and full marathons, Marine Corps marathon and many others.  Once the transition to tris occurred, we all knew she was hooked.   Tiffany has raced 3 Ironman triathlons to date: Ironman Arizona twice and Ironman Wisconsin once.  In addition to her Ironman finishes she has completed multiple Half Ironman (too many to count!) distance races - both domestic and international - as well as many other races at the sprint and Olympic/international distances.  Beginning in 2011, in coordination with a local triathlon retailer - Transition Tri (Leesburg, VA) - Tiffany pursued her coaching certifications and started the tri club with owners Alex Korab and Steve Mackranczy.  Tiffany has coached several athletes start to finish at all levels - Sprint triathlons to Ironman events; 5ks to marathons.
