Functional Movement Based Exercise Approach - Workman Fitness Classes build a strong foundation that involves a variety of functional movements.  Classes are designed to keep things safe and fun, while reducing body fat, increasing strength and building cardio fitness. We believe in the principle of muscle confusion so that you will never do the same workout twice. Why is this beneficial? You will not get bored and your body will not plateau. Workman Fitness classes are open to all ages & can be modified for all fitness levels.
