HYBRID GROUP FITNESS: a blend of in-person group fitness classes, live virtual group fitness classes and access to videos of group fitness classes.
In-person fitness group classes: Clients come to Workman Fitness Studio for in-person group fitness classes. To keep you safe and healthy, we will be following CDC guidelines.
Live virtual group fitness classes: Clients join live virtual group fitness classes via ZOOM in the comfort of their own home. Recommended equipment for Live Virtual Classes: Dumbbells, Kettlebells and/or resistance band set. If you are still limited on equipment, ask me for alternative exercises.
Access to videos of group fitness classes: Clients have access to previously recorded group fitness classes to follow at their own convenience.
